Onboard Partners

  • Conduct a thorough RFP process for identifying the project team
  • Select top industry partners including: general contractor, IT consultant, architect, etc.
  • Establish a positive working relationship with the property manager


Planning and Design

  • Oversee design process from Programming through Construction Permit Drawings
  • Lead and manage the project team and industry partners
  • Evaluate all structural, electrical, life safety, plumbing and mechanical systems
  • Create and oversee detailed project construction schedule
  • Manage and track budget, execution process, and strategy



  • Conduct weekly meetings with project team and venue walk-throughs with progress review
  • Monitor GC schedule and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Track and manage change orders, design clarifications, and requests for information
  • Review and control project budget
  • Manage the project through completion



  • Conduct full inventory of existing furniture and equipment
  • Oversee job walk and management of movers
  • Coach staff through office preparation
  • Complete decommissioning of current space
  • Execute relocation and post-move follow-up for a smooth transition
